Common Questions
How fast can you get to my property?+
Most inspections in Southeast Louisiana are scheduled within 24–48 hours. For active raccoons, rats, or bats in a living space, we prioritize same-week visits.
Do you use poisons?+
No poisons in living spaces. Our approach is trap, seal, and sanitize — the only method that actually stops the problem long-term. Poisons only mask an entry-point issue.
Is Apex licensed and insured?+
Yes. Apex Wildlife Control is fully licensed and insured in Louisiana, and we follow Louisiana Department of Wildlife & Fisheries guidelines on every job.
Do you offer a warranty?+
All sealed exclusion work carries a written 5-year warranty. Trapping and one-time services are quoted individually.
What areas do you serve?+
Greater New Orleans, the Northshore, the River Parishes, and the Bayou Region — including Metairie, Slidell, Mandeville, Covington, Houma, Thibodaux, Laplace, Gonzales, and Prairieville.
